How do I get a picture off my Moto E phone from a message someone sent me?
Tap on the photo and open it with the “Photos” app. If you you have your Google photos synchronized with your Google account, then the photo should automatically up load the to your Google account.
You will probably want your photos to up load while on WiFi if you don’t have cellular data or wish to save some money on cellular data. If you need picture instructions on how to set up your phone to limit the uploads to WiFi only, then just ask.
Note:** you should always have your photos backed up on either your Google account or some other place like a computer or another cloud service like Amazon for Amazon Prime customers.** Phones do break!
From your Google account, you can move the photo anywhere you want.
A second method is to connect a USB cable to your phone and computer and transfer the photos that way. Make sure you have your phone set to “USB computer connection” in the phone settings menu under “Storage” by selecting the three white dots at the top of the screen in the “Storage” setting.
