While I was at work my husband decided to order his republic phone(after months of my trying to persuade him). He said he didn’t know how to set up account so he just ordered it from my account. We rec’d and activated the phone and I also set him up an account, BUT his phone still shows up on my account. I want his billing separate from mine can someone help me with how to get this accomplished?
The only way to move a phone from one account to another is through a service ticket. Before you open a ticket you may want to create the destination account. Both sets of credentials (yours and your husbands) will be required. To open a ticket click on Help at the top of this page and scroll down.
