swapping a broken republic moto x gen 1 XT1049 with another republic Moto x gen 1, XT1049. How do I do this with Republic?

Here is the Republic Help doc on the subject, but you can ignore the SIM info in steps 1-3 as the Legacy devices require the SIM to be always left in the device it came with.
