I feel silly asking g this, but I set up my new phone and everything transferred except my #. I can’t receive/send calls or texts on new phone. How do I transfer the number? Thanks!
If your new phone is replacing an older RW phone then you missed the step to move your number in the activation process. At this point it will take a service ticket to do that for you. Click on Help at the top of this page and scroll to the bottom to open a ticket.
