How long does it take to have a helpdesk ticket responded to?



I’ve been a RW customer for over a year now, and have really been impressed with the service and response to issues with my phone. I submitted a helpdesk ticket yesterday morning and have yet to have any response on it. The last ticket that i put in was responded too very quickly… i’m just wondering if others here are seeing the same thing, or if this is the norm these days. ??
