I have a Motox gen1 phone and need to know the sprint number. I,ve tried dialing ##4636## but nothing happens. How do I find the number? Jim
see How to find your phone’s Sprint number and stop unwanted calls or texts to that number
thanks jben. worked great
I am missing something here. I have a MotoG5 plus. I can type ##3283# into the phone but the next step says “Tap Data Profile”. Where is that? Not in the menu so I can’t figure out how to find my sprint number. I need it in order to send text messages to my phone via email, like I did on my MotoX.
Please see the following for full instructions for your phone model: Ways to Discover your Underlying CDMA & GSM Numbers
I found out that is incorrect also. ##3282## works.
the ##3283# is the legacy Phone way of finding the Sprint Number
*#*#4636#*#* is the 3.0 Motorola and Google (Nexus and Pixels) phones way of finding the underlying carrier number (Sprint or GSM Partner)
here the updated link that broke when the forum moved
