Daughter is now an adult. She would like to be on her own plan, but keep her phone and number.
The best method would be to have her open her own RW account/email, then you can request a number transfer via RW support. As I understand it, RW to RW phone numbers require RW support to ‘port’ (transfer) an existing number and/or split the account.
Number is a Republic Number
"At this time we’re unable to transfer a number from a Republic phone to a Republic phone on a different account due to an internal systems issue".
If the phones are both on the same account, you can submit a Help ticket
