How does one transfer a phone number if already a rw customer?
There are two ways to achieve this.
At the time of activation, if you use the same account as the original phone then you will have the opportunity to activate the new phone as a replacement to your old phone and that will move the number over to your new phone and deactivate the old phone.
If you have already activated your second phone with a new number then you will need to submit a help ticket
to swap the phone numbers on your two phones…make sure to clearly state in your swap request which phone should end up with which phone number. Once the swap is complete, you can delete the extra line of service with the new phone number that will end up on your old phone.
