I cannot login and manage my account

Issue Description

I can login to manage my plan
But I cannot login to manage my account
Says it does not recognize my email.
This is the same email that I’ve used for these same account for 7 years.

I’m having the same issue. I opened a ticket and they are aware there is a bug.

Are you trying to log in to manage your account in the Republic app, or in the Account portal?

I’m not aware of a specific issue with signing into the account portal. I asked because we are seeing some oddness when signing in through the app.

I’ve refreshed your account with our login servers. If that doesn’t solve the issue, please let our Help Team know you need assistance by sending an e-mail to help@republicwireless.com.

Yes, the Republic app is messed up for login but logging in via web browser (mobile or otherwise) works fine with the same credentials even though the app rejects those credentials.
Perhaps they are confused what the “account portal” means?
It just means web login.
