I have horrible service

Issue Description

my phone is great at home, but I have zero service at work, so I’m unable to get text messages or send them from work, and yesterday it let me place a call but then it dropped in the middle of my conversation with my doctor’s office. They said something about sending a chip that would work if this one didn’t? how do I go about getting that?
