Money is not being taken out of my account to pay for my bill. I go update my cc and there is an error saying RW has been notified. I need my service back on .
This forum is, essentially, user to user. Your posts don’t go to the billing department at RW. You need to open a support ticket on this. They can help you resolve this matter quickly. Just click the Help link at the top of the page, scroll down till you find the Get Help button.
Our billing team is going to open a ticket on your behalf to see if they can help you. They do work regular business hours, so you’ll need to be watching for it in order to try to get this resolved before the weekend.
