I need a replacement SIM card

My SIM card failed and I need a replacement, but I can’t find a link for doing so.

Issue Description

My SIM card failed and I need a replacement, but I can’t find a link for doing so. I’ve did troubleshooting with another Republic SIM card. The phone is functioning fine. Just need a new SIM card.

It is no longer possible to replace a SIM card on the old plans. If the SIM card is bad/lost/etc it can only be replaced with a 5.0 SIM card. The infrastructure for activating My Choice SIMs no longer exists and therefore a new SIM can’t be activated on that plan structure in place of your old one.
