I dialed 911 for an emergency last night via wifi and the call went through OK. But today I need to know the time of the call and it’s not showing in my call history. How can I find this info? Thanks…
Though Republic is otherwise WiFi first, 911 calls always use cellular first. Only in the complete absence of a compatible cellular signal will WiFi be used for a 911 call.
Since the call isn’t in online call history, do you see it in local history on your phone? We could be more specific as to how you might find that if we knew which phone you have?
Otherwise, you may wish to raise a help ticket when signed into your Republic account here.
Hi, My phone is Moto E.
Thanks for your help.
Hopefully, you can find that 911 call on your phone’s call history as follows:
- Open the Phone app.
- Tap three dots upper right.
- Tap Call History.
Do you see the 911 call there? If so, tap it, then tap Details. Those details should show date and time the call was made.
Please note, I’m basing this on what works for my Moto E2. If your Moto E is an E1 and what I’ve written doesn’t translate to your phone, please let us know.
