You can try unlocking your phone via Samsung’s Find My Mobile website: https://findmymobile.samsung.com/. If that fails, unless able to remember or guess your PIN, a factory reset is all that’s left. If it comes to that, please be careful to use the same Google account as is currently in use on the phone now and do not change the password for that Google account as doing so would trigger Google’s so-called kill switch and potentially lock you out of your phone permanently.
