I’ve had two phones repaired recently by Motorola. In both cases my phone was back in my hands within a week of them receiving it. One was a screen repair that took a week, one was a screen repair, where they simply replaced the phone, that took two days. It’s likely not worth downgrading your plan.

Unfortunately, plan downgrades can only be done from your phone using the Republic Wireless App.

The downgrade goes into effect starting with your next billing cycle.
