I try to log in, and the system tells me I do not have any active phones


I am trying to transfer my phone number. when I attempt to log in the system says I do not have an active phone. I am using it, how is it not active?


You need to log in with the same email address and password used when you purchased your phones.


You have active phones that are attached to an email that’s different than the one you’re logging-in with.
