If I type a response to a ticket and click submit, what do I do when it does not submit? This is a separate but related issue. They may close the ticket from no response, but it's not my fault when the links don't work

Updates should also come to your email, just reply and it will go into the ticket. Also try using incognito mode on your browser. It is probably some add-on or cache issue. We are not getting other reports of this phenomenon at this time.

I did find an issue with the reply button in the help portal. I have sent this to the developers. Just reply over email for now. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
