If a phone purchase was cancelled, then a new order will need to be placed. There is no fixing a cancelled order.

what we seen before orders get cancelled for a couple of reasons

*insufficient funds *

fraud flag by credit card

a non US base card was used

not saying these are the reason yours was order just some that have been seen
