My wife has lost her phone. She has searched everywhere. She has tried calling it several times. Does anyone have any suggestions? Can Republic ping the phone to help locate it? Can I temporarily disable it?
Sorry to hear about the phone. Republic can’t ping it for you, but you may be able to locate it using Android Device Manager. Login with your Google account here: https://www.google.com/android/find?u=0 to see if you can locate it.
