- I lost my phone, but I never deactivated it
- I have a replacement phone, a Moto E 2nd Generation (the same model that I lost)
- The replacement phone was given to me by a friend, who is an RW. customer. It has her old SIM card, which she wiped clea.
I’m in the middle of setting up my phone and I tried to make a call. The screen that came up says
“This phone isn’t configured to make calls. Do you want to change this phone’s plan?”
I don’t want to lose my old plan! What should I do?
