How do I report a lost or stolen phone?

You should first contact RW Support.

(e) If any Mobile Device is lost or stolen, You will contact Republic Wireless immediately. You acknowledge and agree that, if any Mobile Device is lost or stolen, You will be responsible for Usage before You notify Republic Wireless of any alleged loss or theft. Lost and/or stolen Mobile Device(s) will not reduce or otherwise affect the Service Term and You will remain liable for any amounts due or payable with respect to any replacement Mobile Device(s) after You notify Republic Wireless of any alleged loss or theft.
