I have a Samsung 21 ultra phone and for the last month I have been losing MMS text messages. They read : “no subject” and come in clusters. The sending people usually have a pic that is being sent but the incoming “no subject” texts are multiples of whatever is being sent. I have uninstalled Anywhere because I have read that 3rd party apps or the service provider my be declining MMS. I have installed Google Messages because I understood that it was more accommodating to MMS texts but the problem persists. Any suggestions?
Hi @lancej.kdmfxe Welcome to the Republic Community. If you’re still using Google Messages (and you should) then it is likely the Samsung OS sleep function being overly aggressive. Take a look at this help document: https://help.republicwireless.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058263974-How-to-Ensure-the-Republic-Wireless-App-Is-Not-Put-to-Sleep-by-the-Samsung-Operating-System
