What phone do you have? Moto 7s

What plan are you on? 1GB data

Does your plan include data, or just talk & text? Includes both

Issue Description

The rubber power button came off. I used it without the button for 2-3 months. It eventually powered off due to a low charge on the battery. I need to get it fixed. Does Republic Wireless provide this service? I have seen a YouTube video showing how to power it up by crossing the + and - leads at the switch inside the phone. Maybe the same thing can be done without opening the phone. I see what appears to be four leads, with the two outside leads being + and -.

Republic Wireless doesn’t repair phones, and Motorola didn’t make a model 7s phone. If the phone is a Motorola, they may offer repairs:

I checked my account and I have a Moto G (4th Gen) (32 GB) phone which I purchased from Republic Wireless.
