For 2 days, each text I send says, “sending” or gives me a little triangle with a ! saying it cannot be sent. These msgs seem to be delivered, with a 10-40 minute delay.
Additionally, I am receiving only about 50% of texts sent to me.
I did restart my phone (several times), no help.
My RW app is up to date.

I have the same issue with my 3rd Gen. Texts also received with a delay of a few hours.

Is the issue persisting today?
Please check to make sure that the phone’s memory is not full, and that the Republic Wireless app is up to date.
(@markh.4gqbic , I see that your RW app is not up to date.)
