All of a sudden my Moto e and Ascend 5W is not able to email out , just goes to outbox ( queued) What could be the problem?.
This usually means that you don’t have an active data connection and therefore the email is not going out.
Does this happen on WiFi or cellular or both?
Are you able to use the internet in other apps such as Chrome, etc ? Is your incoming email coming through fine?
Given that it is happening with two phones, the other possibility is a change in the email account password that is preventing the mail from sending. Any chance that account password has changed?
