just did a reset on moto gen 3. now cannot connect to wifi. have rebooted jet pack (wifi source) and cell. still recieving authentification problem message
The most likely cause of this is password is a typo (as simple as a space) in the password being entered. At this stage people often try entering the wrong password like, for example, their Gmail password instead of their WiFi password. Three sets of credentials are required, Gmail, WiFi and Republic Wireless.
