Moto G Power - Network Sprint and Mobile Network State Disconnected after system update

After system update on Moto G Power Mobile Network is showing as “Sprint” and Mobile Network state says “disconnected”. When outside of Wifi states: Calls over cell, no access to messages or voicemails, check your network connection.

NOTE: just purchased this new phone from RW in Sept with SIM Card

Things I’ve tried.

  1. Shutting off for 5 mins. Turning back on.
  2. Rebooting system
  3. Unistall and renstall RW app
  4. Syncing service
  5. Mobile Data setting is on, LTE setting is On, Roaming Data is On.
  6. Cleared APP Caches and restarted
  7. Shut down, removed sim card, wiped off and put back in, restarted
  8. Reset WiFi, Mobile and Bluetooth
