I installed TeenSafe on my son’s new phone and now it is telling me he has no SIM card and I need to purchase one. TeenSafe says it is a carrier issue. I am not sure. Any ideas?
Try to re-seat the SIM card and see if that fixes the issue. Otherwise please submit a help ticket.
You might also want to uninstall/disable TeenSafe to see if it is interfering with SIM card detection.
Uninstall “teen safe” - if that fixes it then you know what the problem is.
