Yes, even though Best Buy notes the model number as 00946NARTL
This is the North American unlocked version of the phone and will work with Republic Wireless.
You also need to get a Republic Wireless SIM card

Also, if you are an existing customer on the older 1.0 or 2.0 plans then you should be aware that you need to
