My active phone is not listed under "Your Phones". Why?

I am trying to check the status of a number reassignment request submitted two days ago.

This usually happens when you have multiple accounts and you might be using a different account than the one associated with your phone. If that is not the case, please submit a help ticket with internal support to get this resolved.
