I’m trying to upgrade my cell data, but it says that I do not have permission to change it on the phone. Plus my account says I have no active phones when I really do.
Your phone is in the RW account you logged into when you activated it. Apparently you created a new account during the activation process. If you can’t find that account open a service ticket by clicking on Help at the top of this page and scrolling down. They might need the serial number of the phone to find out which account it is in.
