We purchased the new Google router yesterday, and my phone was the only cell (out of four RW cell phones) that could not connect to the router. I could see the router in my list of wifi options, but it couldn’t be connected. It did say something was blocking it from happening.
Forget router & tried to reconnect
Reboot phone & router
Turned off locations
Safe mode and I’m sure other things. I ended up using all of my data last night trying to troubleshoot my problem and reinstalled my old Netgear router just so I could have wifi. I would really appreciate some help or the Google router goes back to the store.
