We believe this issue has now been resolved globally. Please try texting “HELP” in the text message thread where you normally receive alerts or received this “blocked” message and see if you now get a normal “Help” response through the short code.
Southpaw, I got a message to try that earlier and it worked properly. I think the matter has been taken care of.
I seem to be fixed for now. Hope it stays fixed! Kudos to the RW team on being so expedient it this task. Thanks Team and Thank you as always @southpaw.
