I submitted a number transfer request, but it was rejected. I used my account number from Verizon (it was the correct one), but the system for submitting this kept registering it as incorrect. What do I do now?
In my experience when a number transfer (port) is rejected by the losing carrier, Republic opens a support ticket on one’s behalf. Do you see any evidence of a ticket when signed into your Republic account here? If memory serves me correctly, mine was tilted something to the effect of “Porting Exception”.
