My phone is not working, account issues?

My phone (Moto G) allow incoming or outgoing calls. It hasn’t for several days. It said my account is not authorized. Today it came up with that I had unpaid invoices, and that’s not possible because my monthly payment is deducted from my account.

Also, it might be a good idea to double check the credit card on file and make sure that it doesn’t have an older expiry date on file…or perhaps your card number was updated due to the recent switch to chip cards for several card issuers.
