I have been trying to resolve this problem…have talked to Verizon re router - signal is strong. Samsung tells me it is a problem with my carrier. testing worked for a brief time last night but my phone is not receiving the wifi signal now…both iPad and laptop have wifi connection. any ideas???
You router might be blocking your phone. Try this:
Remove power from Verizon equipment. Wait 30 seconds and power it up. During that 30 second wait period power the phone down and back up. Let us know if the phone then sees the router.
