My screen is blank

I can hear my e-mail and text going off, but my screen is blank…help

Sorry to hear of the difficulties! You might try a soft reset of your J3. To do so: Simultaneously press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons for 12 seconds or until the device power cycles.

If that fails, I think it’s time for a conversation with Samsung support at: Contact Us | Official Samsung Support.
