We’re very excited to share with you a few changes that we’re implementing to make strides towards support utopia. I caught up with Paul, one of our Help Team leads, on what’s new in Republic Help…
Our Customer Advocacy team is Beta testing LiveChat! During this testing period, members can LiveChat with a RW Help Agent Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET.

Members are free to ask any question concerning their phone, plan or service. If your question is more on the technical side, we suggest opening a Help request instead.
Things to note:
- LiveChat is in Beta (we have a limited number of Agents testing this new feature).
- LiveChat is only available between the hours of 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET M-F (depending on business needs, this may vary and is subject to change).
- If wait time for LiveChat is longer than 5 minutes, we suggest disconnecting and submitting a help request.
