Need Multi-Factor removed from my account

I need the multi-factor authentication removed from my account.
It takes talent to mess this up and I have a lot of talent today.

Unable to login to my account via a browser or phone.

Have you opened a ticket? Removing multi-factor authentication is not something the Community can help with, as it requires support intervention.

Is there something you need to be able to do on your account right away?

Thanks southpaw. Without an 800 number the community was the only place I could find to get some assistance. Email is on it’s way.
