Issue Description

Started Dec 3, 2020. 1. I was driving. 2, Phone restarted and then did not find the correct time. 3. I had "maps" open and used up all my data (several times the data I used other times on the same trip). 3. Got home 13 hours later (maps was working, but phone still did not have the correct time). 4. I bought 1 additional gig of data which is shown on my phone. 5. Cannot get WIFI. Phone says "connected, no internet", also says excellent signal strength and phone still does not know what time it is, My laptop on the same table is connected and on the internet. Every thing was good until the phone rebooted yesterday. How can I get on the internet?

If simply rebooting the phone again doesn’t work, you might try resetting the network settings on the phone:

  1. Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options

  2. Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

  3. Touch RESET SETTINGS

  4. Try to reconnect to Wi-Fi
