Yesterday, I activated my new Moto G4 Play phone. However, I’m having issues with my network connection. The network icon in the top right hand corner has an exclamation mark. I can’t use my internet or send text messages. However, when I’m connected to WiFi I can use the internet and send text messages. I started a ticket, but I’m not receiving any help. My ticket number is 1153892. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks in advance!!
