New Moto Stylus and sim card

I have a new Moto Stylus and ordered a sim card from Rep.
Well now I can’t activate and I now know what I did wrong but my question is, what do I do now?

Might we have a little more detail surrounding being unable to activate the new Moto G Stylus. Did you use the Republic app to activate as described here: How to Activate a Cell Phone or SIM Card – Republic Help? If so, at what point does the documented process fail?

My apologies. The first message I got was something like this sim card phone pair cannot be activated. Well I tried it again after your question and it went through. Go figure. Can my question be marked, answered and solved.
