New Pixel 3a XL - Old Moto X2

First I want to thank this community and the RW staff for your part in making it easy to switch to my new Pixel 3a XL. My trusty Moto X2 was getting flakier by the day so it was time for an upgrade.

The great questions and answers here in the forums helped a ton in narrowing down my choices. The RW staff were quick to get me a new BYOP SIM and answer any questions about the upgrade.

I am really enjoying the new Google phone with Android 10!

Now I need to figure out how I’m going to repurpose the Moto X2 for use without cellular. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What I did with my old Moto G 1 gen is activate it on WiFi only. For years I used it as a backup phone. Now I use it as a home number.

To breath a little life into your X2 you can clear the Android System Cache. It will take about 20 minutes to complete. After that give it a factory reset.
