Issue Description

When activating the new phone, simply sign-in to the Republic App using the email address that your current phone account is on. This will provide you the option to move your number to the new phone.

I do not see that “option”

do i have to cancel the service in my OLD phone that has the OLD RW sim card still in it?

i am logged into my RW acct and I do not see an option to “transfer same number” to a new phone???

Laura, this is a customer forum, not a chat interface. The process is done on the new phone, from the Republic Wireless App which you have to download and install. It is not done from the website.
