No active phones

Issue Description

When I try to go from the app or the website to change my phone number it says there is no active phones on my account. I don't know what to do...My phone has worked fine for a long time and I get charged for service every month. It should come up under active phones.

This is usually caused by signing in using an email address other than the one that your phone is connected to. Can you please check the email that you’re getting your monthly invoice emails on and make sure that’s what you’re signing in with?

We have several members sharing your name, so I may not have found the right one, but if you have a yahoo E-mail account, try signing into the Account portal with that one.
