No connectivity for making calls in Toyota Venza this week, always worked before

Using the Moto G5 Plus, 3GB Talk and Text. Starting this week, January 1, unable to make calls through my Toyota Venza, 2010. I do have bluetooth connectivity, I can call using the phone and talk through the car, but can’t make calls using stored stored numbers on the nav screen. The message I am receiving is "There is no coverage. Please verify network coverage. Is this a phone provider issue, or vehicle issue?

Lot of bluetooth flakiness issues are solved by deleting and repairing the device. Have you tried that?

I did remove and reinstall, didn’t work the 1st time. Tried again, powered phone down and back up, paired again, and SUCCESS!! Thanks for the advice.
