Thank you for marking the Moto G3 in your making the post page. There are a couple things preventing phone service. Try this first and report back, if it dont fix the issue we will try again.

Please run through these steps:

  1. 1****. ****Restart
Restart your phone by turning it off and then back on again.

  2. **** ****Reset Republic Credentials
(Note: Your phone must be connected to WiFi to complete this step. For a video of this step, please see How to VOIP Your phone) https://community.republicwireless.com/videos/1040

****1a)**** Open the dialer, then dial *#*#8647#*#*

**** 2b)**** The dialer will clear, and the Republic arc notification icon will reappear after about a minute. (If the arc notification icon does not reappear, restart your phone. The arc should then appear after your phone restarts.)

  1. **** ****Update the PRL (Preferred Roaming List)
Perform a PRL update by following the instructions here: Update the PRL. https://community.republicwireless.com/docs/DOC-2014

Note: This step will not be possible on the Moto X Pure Edition, Moto G4, Moto G4+, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Samsung Galaxy J3, S6, S7, and S7 Edge phones.

  1. **** Wipe Cellular Settings****
When the PRL update is complete, open the dialer and dial ##72786#. An SCRTN screen will display. Tap Yes to continue (you won’t lose any data). Your phone will restart and go through cellular activation, then restart again.

Note: Once this step is complete you must complete Step 5 or your phone will not work over Cellular.

Note: This step will not be possible on the Moto X Pure Edition, Moto G4, Moto G4+, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Samsung Galaxy J3, S6, S7, and S7 Edge phones.

  1. **** Update the Profile****
This will restore or refresh your phone’s cellular settings; go to Settings > System Update > Update Profile.

Note: You’ll need to be connected to WiFi in order to update the Profile.

Note: This step will not be possible on the Moto X Pure Edition, Moto G4, Moto G4+, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Samsung Galaxy J3, S6, S7, and S7 Edge phones.

  1. **** Restart Again****
The phone should automatically restart after a few seconds. If it doesn’t, then manually restart your phone.
