No Ring Tone Volume indicator

My X2 generation phone does not show any of the line with the dot to set the volume. This is for the ring tone only. It is there for the other two features. I have also tried to have it vibrate on calls and it does not do that either. Is the phone broken or is there a way to restore this function to show the volume of the ring tone?

Hi @clarky.hqdgmx,

Check to be sure the phone is not set to “no interruptions.” While looking at your home screen, press the volume up or down button. At the top of the screen you may see this:

If so, tap “All” and you should then have the option to adjust the volume of the ringtone.
