No service

So I got my new galaxy s7 and set it up, transfered my old number and everything. Tonight I’m having service issues. I can’t download picture messages and I can’t make calls. I have no service at all. It says LTE instead of 4g or 3g. I checked the service in my area before ordering my phone and have not had issues in the past with coverage in the same area. I was reading that it could be an APN issue. I don’t know what that means. Can anyone help?

Although you should be able to download pictures and make calls, I do want to point out that “LTE” is the normal designation rather than 4G. This may be different than what you’re used to if you’ve just moved to the S7 from an older phone.
