When logged into the portal, only one of my three phone lines has the “view calls and messages” option under “I Want to”. I don’t know why it isn’t there for all of my lines, the one I need to check (my daughter’s) is not showing. Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it.
Generally, we find this to be the case when the number has ben assigned as described by Republic here: How to Assign a User to a Phone – Republic Help.
Presuming the number is assigned, you’ll need to sign in with the credentials specific to your daughter’s number or un-assign it. The how to on the latter here: How to Un-Assign (Remove) a User – Republic Help
